Brand Manager - Full Time ( CLOSED )
Job Description:

- Responsible for driving top-line growth, medium-term category, and brands’ share targets as well as specific marketing objectives relating to brand health and equity.
- Translating knowledge and insights into strategy and ensuring strategies are aligned to category growth ambition.
- Identifies competitor assumptions, customer/channel priorities, price/value guidelines, and the optimization of customer insight at a regional level.
- Closely monitor market trends and competitive activity

- Prepare weekly reports and brand presentations
- Prepare event and promotional budget
- Smooth execution of all promotional activities
- Monitor & report the market share and volume achievement of the brand
- Manage timely settlement of advance payments on promotional activities
- Social Media Planning / Content Calendar/Boosting Budget Allocation& Reporting.
- Content Calendar Creation / Analyzing & Monitoring on all digital works.
- Camping creative idea
- Manage online information
- Monitor social media platforms
- Manage and oversee social media content

Qualifications required for effective performance
-
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Ideally 5 years of Marketing experience preferably for Life Insurance.
- Experience developing concepts and brand communication
- Demonstrated high performance in project management
- Strategic thinking (sound attention for details without losing focus on big-picture)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Can use very well Computer technical Skill (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to travel if required

- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
