Training and Development
CTLI has a well-prepared yearly training plan and development programs. Every year we conduct the Training Need Analysis, Organization Need Analysis and Position Need Analysis. Based on the TNA result, we make the plan for the core competencies training, work related trainings and Management and Leadership training program delivered by experts from local and international. Moreover, we have the career development and higher education program for selected highly potential employees.
