Snake Bite Insurance

Snake Bite Insurance Policy	The policy covers the insured if he or she is bitten by a poisonous snake and is hospitalized or dies from the bite.
Age Limit	Anyone who is interested
Insured Period	1 year
Total Sum Insured	Ks. 500,000 per unit
Premium	Ks. 500 per unit( An individual shall purchase up to 10 units).
Coverage available per person	The minimum coverage available is Ks. 500,000per person with a maximum amount of coverage being 5,000,000 Ks
Coverage	During the insured period if the insured is bitten by poisonous snake: 1. He/she has to take medication to protect his/her health from the bite. We will cover the medication and hospitalization 2. If the insured person dies due to snake bite; the benefits ( for one unit Kyats 0.5 millions) will be paid to the beneficiary
Benefits	• If an insured has died during the insured period because he/she was bitten by a poisonous snake, his/her beneficiary shall receive the policy limit. • The policy limits of up to Ks. 80,000/ will be paid to the insured for medication and hospitalization in case of a snake bite • We will pay the full death benefit in case of death from a snake bite inclusive of the hospital and medical expenses. • For loss of a finger or toe due to a snake bite we will compensate the insured a percentage of the total coverage amount • Snake bite that causes total blindness or paralyze because of the poison of the snake, shall be compensated up to a limit of 50% of the total policy limit.（blindness ＆paralyze total amount is 500,000.
Claims Policy	All claims will be included a statement from a medical doctor in this situation.
